Summer flowers...


My limelight hydrangea (known as Ralph) is a glorious huge beast this year, and putting out a plethora of simply gorgeous blooms. I cut a large bunch for myself and another bunch just as large for a friend of mine, and I didn’t even make a dent in his beauty. Long may he live.

      She loved the bouquet. It seemed fitting to bring her one since the plant was a gift from her years ago. 😊

    So true, especially for us creative ones. Hydrangea are one of my favorite flowers, I LOVE them.

    I recently saw this limelight hydrangea in person at my garden centre. It's one I want to bring home for my own garden. How wonderful that you have one. So very generous a bloomer. Makes quite the statement on your table centre.

    Limelight hydrangeas are wonderful. I simply love mine ~ and all my other hydrangeas, for that matter. I have several in my yard.
