Flowers & afternoon light...

My husband came home today with a gorgeous bouquet of red roses and an adorable tiny birthday cake for me (my birthday is coming up next week). He had the cake decorated in pink, which I love. I put the roses in the living room where I can easily see them and enjoy their beauty and his thoughtfulness. I just love how the afternoon light is casting a glow, too.
