The beauty of gladioli & a vintage find...



Aren’t these yellow gladioli simply gorgeous? I got them for $5 at Publix yesterday ~ they were having a buy one, get one free deal, so I couldn’t leave them there. I thought the tall stems and yellow flowers would be wonderful on my dining room table and I was right. They make me smile every time I see them.
And now for my vintage find. I discovered this old decanter and shot glass set in a little shop near my home a few weeks ago when I was browsing with a friend. It was so cool and unique I just couldn’t leave it behind. I’m not sure which type of liquor it’s meant to hold, but if you can tell me anything about it, please do so in the comments.
