Happy summer...

Happy summer, everyone! I thought I would share a few photos from my garden. I have roses, hydrangeas, mums, lilies and more in bloom. My limelight hydrangea is beginning to bud up, too, so it will be glorious in a few weeks. We are in need of rain, however. After a wonderfully wet spring, the last two weeks have been incredibly hot and dry and my plants are starting to feel it, which means my water bill is going to start feeling it, too. I also made the very silly mistake of moving a bush that had to be moved during this time and frankly, I’m not sure it’s going to make it. I think the temps and shock might overwhelm it, no matter how much I water it. Fingers crossed it bounces back.
